Last week I was in Chicago and had the joy of meeting Tim of Lottie + Doof. I’ve been reading Tim’s blog and making recipes that he writes about for some time, so it was great to finally meet him. I crunched on a sandwich—Tim suggested we meet at Floriole because they make delicious sammies; I was not disappointed—while we talked shop. It took everything in my power to enjoy the moment and not photograph what I ate, so here’s an artist’s rendition. Thanks again Tim. Yay for IRL.
